Favorite Artist

I Find my aunt's art very inspiring. I like her use of colors and her concept and ideas behind her painting. I chose three of my favorite paintings

This is something I made for my dorm room. Picture the before as a plain white cinder block wall. It's hard to tell here, but the lines of pictures are hanging from two coat hangers turned sideways.

Removed everything from the walls and placed it in a corner as if we were moving.

Home Installation

Although sculpture is new to me, I've been doing photography for years and I liked the idea of manipulating color and light to create new spaces and moods. I used filters and lamps to create interesting lighting arrangements around my house bedroom and other places in the house that had some existing natural light to manipulate.

So, I noticed we had a lot of chairs in my house, and decided they would look nice altogether. I added the red ribbon because the outer chairs had red cushions. It could've been better, I know.... But I worked with what I had.

Hey everyone! I chose the space between the book shelves at Fenwick Library, here in George Mason University. I have ALWAYS thought of it as being a maze, so I think it could lead to a very interesting insulation piece.
